★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get some flowers for a friend who was having a party at her new house in Pickering and I decided to go with a local florist...I happened to remember the name "A Touch of class" because it was the same florist that sent an amazing arrangement to one of the the ladies in my office . I took some time and perused the website and saw a few things I liked but since i was going to be in the area I decided to stop by and order in person.
I went to the shop during the week and met with the florist Valerie who was extremely helpful with her suggestions, she made some colour and style suggestions that I never would've thought of. So I just gave her a price range and left it in her hands.
My friends and i were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED..WOW! the Arrangement that they delivered was BEAUTIFUL. And completely over shadowed the rest of the arrangements that were there. i expected it to be nice but it definitely exceeded my expectations...very high style with roses, orchids, ginger lillies etc. My friend said the arrangement was one of the biggest conversation pieces in the party and after the party was over she carried it to almost every room in the house so she could look at it ...lol
AMAZING SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND GREAT FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS
This is the reason why I always support small, family owned businesses. The customer service and effort is so much better than larger stores

This was my 1st experience with this flower shop. I ordered my flowers online, they were delivered the same day, 2 hours after placing my order! The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second review for Touch Of Class, but I think during this Covid time local businesses need all the help that can be offered. For context my mother used to own a flower shop. As a daughter I find it very challenging to buy her flowers since there is always some sort of critique. Not this shop! She continues to rave about the flowers that she received last year and I am expecting the same from the most recent order. If you are looking for excellent arrangements with healthy flowers, paired with exceptional customer service in Durham Region, then this should be your place. We even had a slight mix-up with the order but the gentleman on the phone had the whole issue handled in a flash! I'm a forever customer.

When I showed up to pick them up I was blown away by the quality of the arrangement. A Touch of Class did such a fantastic job. My wife was beyond happy.
A Touch of Class will definitely be my go to for flowers going forward. A+
