We enjoyed that we were able to visually see a lot of the options in the store, no one approached us or followed us around like those big brand stores for commissions and that allowed us to look at the products with ease. At the end, we were able to get great quality rugs for amazing prices. Customer service was top notch as we got our rugs delivered, customized and the tips shared by the owner about the care of the carpets was something a lot of other places would not even consider sharing. When friends and family saw the area rugs for the first time, they fell in love with the quality and designs. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Explained a lot about the carpets and carpet care too. Will def recommend and use again in the future. The major difference between this place and Alexanian is that the owner cares about the client making a big purchase, that makes the whole process easier and smoother. 10/10 would buy again!

My experience with this company comes down to 1 interaction I had in the parking lot with a very nice man tat came out of the store. My fiance and myself had our hands full in the parking lot trying to change our 2 week old daughter's diaper and keep our 2 year old calm during what at that point had been over an hour in the car in over 30°C , when this nice man approached us and asked if we would want to use his storefront to finish up . He offered his couch and some cold water, I know it doesn't seem like a whole lot but during covid,and having limited customers be able to be in the store I really appreciate that this man was willing to let us take up occupancy in his store that would otherwise be reserved for paying customers was in our opinion amazing and we will be checking out the store when we are in need of carpets of any kind. To the man that we had the interaction with I just want to say thank you and your nice deed did not go unnoticed or unappreciated

Left the store to shop around and still came back to make all of our purchases as we couldn't find the same quality for price and the designs and sizes we wanted anywhere else in the area.

Not to mention they don't jump on you the minute you walk in the store, which I love! We would highly recommend this company if you are looking for rugs. They also sell flooring. PS: Not only did we buy a rug, we went back the next day and bought another one!

He called in advance to ensure we were home and even brought the rugs inside and gave us tips on how to unroll them before we placed them in the designated spot in our house! I was pregnant at that time and since the rugs were delivered three days later than anticipated, he just simply offered to help by delivering them to us himself. They have a huge selection of really good quality rugs as compared to other local stores. They even took down the rugs off the hangers for us so we could see them on the floor under a different light angle without us even asking for it! Excellent! The only thing they’re missing are baby/nursery rugs.
