Eduard was extremely knowledgeable about the products and as we are installing the vinyl flooring on our own, he gave us recommendations to get the best result. The quality of flooring we purchased is superior to those I found at the big box stores and for a fraction of the price. Overall great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ed was absolutely fantastic when I asked him for help with a somewhat strange request. I was looking for a small piece of thick rubber flooring to cover over a drain that had particularly thick tile surrounding it and was also having some issues with odour. I was worried that staff would step off the tile around the drain and potentially sprain their ankle or cause injury to themselves. I was also concerned that the odour emanating from the drain would turn patrons off. His solution and the cost were even better than I was hoping for, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate what he was able to offer me as a solution. I'd highly recommend giving LCF an opportunity to help out with any one of your flooring needs, however unique they may be!

Dillon and Ed are very customer focused, professional & knowledgeable. They always returned phone calls in a timely manner & kept me in the loop. The service from start to finish was a great experience and the pricing was competitive. Invoicing went smooth. It was a pleasure working with them & I highly recommend LCF Flooring.

I would highly recommend Lydia Contract Flooring. Dillon provided competitive pricing, assistance with product selection and extensive knowledge of their products and installation. We hired them to replace carpet, tile and hardwood with Vinyl plank as well as carpet upstairs. Additionally we had them replace tiles around our fireplace. They did not disappoint and completed the work with the highest quality and perfection as planned and on time. Actually the main floor was completed in 1 day! Ed was great on site, keeping us informed throughout. They were punctual and you can tell they really care about their work. We enjoyed supporting this excellent family owned business and their friendly and caring personality. We will definitely use them again! We are actually scheduling replacement of our backsplash with Lydia right now. J We once again appreciated Dillon’s eye for selecting the best option.

The builder themselves weren't very helpful so I took it upon myself to make my own appointment to speak with them. They had many options, competitive pricing, but what I loved most about them is the customer service, and how they go out of their way to ensure their clients are happy with understanding what they were getting, and the proper care and maintenance after installation. They left such a great impression I had my new contractor utilize them again when I was renovating my basement!! The team were always on time, clean, and respectful. I highly recommend the LCF team for any flooring and other needs!

They were patient with us and helped up choose the right tile that would work best for our new shower. Overall, the purchasing and installation process was smooth and worth the money.
I would highly recommend this company to complete any work that you need done in your home. They are fantastic !!!
