Hugo was our sales guy and Garth was our installer. Both gents very patient with my ever changing mind. Prices were Great. From finally taking the plunge to install was literally 48 hours and in 6 more hours I had beautiful refinished stairs.
Would highly recommend this company and location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience finding carpet for my stairs though Carpet Superstore, north Edmonton location. My job was a small job - only 13 treads on a staircase. I had great customer service from Hugo (sales). He was informative and responded to all of my Qs, but with no sales pressure whatsoever. I ended up choosing a more expensive carpet, and he brought the pricing down to help fit within my budget. He was great to deal with! The installer was Mo, and I can't say enough good things about the quality of his workmanship! He was pleasant, arrived on time, was tidy, efficient, and did a really fantastic job. I love the look of my new stairs! I would highly recommend both Hugo and Mo for carpet sales and installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very little flooring knowledge and I called one morning and spoke to Hugo. He was able to make things simple for me even over the phone!
When I got in store, he remembered me from the call-remembered what I was looking for-and helped me pick the best one for my space! He made the whole experience exciting and much less stressful! I’m very grateful for that!
Even when I called about pick up a few days later, another employee, whom I didn’t catch his name, remembered who I was and about my visit to the store! It was very small town feel in the city; personal and friendly! I will be returning for any future flooring needs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to a few places and being made to feel like a total idiot on all things flooring, I ended up going to Flooring Superstore and I'm extremely happy I did. The sales associate, Ethan, was helpful and pleasant to deal with in person and also over text which made things super easy for me. John did the installation and I'm so over-the-moon with my new flooring. He was honest and efficient. 10/10 I'd recommend and would very much consider using them in the future.
