They are courteous, professional, and treated my home like it was their own. The job was done quickly and impeccably. 10/10 would use again. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Bath Crew to do a major renovation and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Almost everything they did was wrong. We were away and trusted them with our house. Wort mistake we ever made. We are now in the process of finding a contractor to basically redo everything they did, This is going to cost us over $10,000 over and above what we paid them.
The flooring is the major problem. It is not level and not safe. We have to break out a good part of the floor tiles and have it leveled and re tiled. The kitchen is horrible and we are going to have to redo most of it. The bathroom sinks are not centered and the taps placed so close to the wall that you cannot even clean behind them. Bath experts they are NOT.
Will never use them again and hope no one else does.
The owner will not even communicate with us and is not taking any responsibility for his companies work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had BathCrew reno 2 bathrooms in our house. We've had a lot of contractors doing work to our place in the past year and Bath Crew was easily the best. They had a lot of great ideas at the consultation stage to help get the look we were going for. During construction they treated our house like their own, got things done close to the estimated timelines, and completed everything with a high quality of workmanship. Highly recommended!
