Canopy West Truck Accessories - Edmonton

Had them repaint my 20 year old Range Rider canopy a couple of years ago, and install a side window the opens for loading on the passenger side, to match the one that opens on the driver side. Work was excellent and very fairly priced. They also replaced a couple of broken handles for basically the price of the part. Great guys to deal with and this is one Canopy West location that clearly takes pride in their workmanship and top notch customer service. Now I have popped the front window out of the canopy and bent the window frame. Back we go so they can fix that.

Had these guys install two grills on mine and my brothers trucks. They did an amazing job fast efficient and clean took care of our vehicles and treated them like there own! Highly recommend this business for any of you’re truck needs! Will definitely be going back for more accessories! There pricing was also better than 6 other shops I went to all across Edmonton. 10/10

When there to order a part for a canopy was told it would take between 4 to 10 weeks to arrive fair enough. After the ten weeks was up phoned them to ask when it would b arriving keepted being told it would b here next week it now the beginning of June and I ordered this part in February ,terrible customer service in my don't waste your time with this company

Before receiving my money for a new A.R.E topper, Canopy West was great. After receiving my money for a defective $4500 topper, Canopy West was horrible. I’ve never seen so many different stories being told on how I was going to get a replacement topper. First off, I was told a minimum of 6 weeks before it was going to be ready, next thing you know I have my “new used topper” a week and a half later. Darren from canopy west also agreed the topper was used and was in disbelief how fast the topper came in. The topper gushes water through the side window as Darren also took a video of this and agreed this is wrong and defective. The back glass door is more than 1/2 off from one side to the other. Plain and simple, this company lies to there customers, tells them all the BS they want to hear and they act like they will do something for you. I advise people NOT to fall for this. I buy new trucks every couple of years, the last 2 trucks had LEER toppers on them and they were perfect and cheaper. Never leaked any water and did what they were intended to do!! This company will be losing thousands of dollars from a return customer and I hope many more. Please don’t fall for the same BS story I fell for. It’s not fun being lied too and this company does a great job at it. Not sure how they even stay open when they treat there customers this bad. I hope people read this review and take this to heart. Never again, will I ever walk through those doors knowing how bad they had lied to me. Promising me this was going to be resolved. Promises were broken 10 plus times and I still drive around with a defective topper. People, don’t waste your money. You will be robbed and lied too!! This place will be a waste of your time and money, as it was mine!! Thanks Canopy West for making me a believer in all your bad reviews!!

I'm a very picky/fussy customer, I always want the highest quailty and best workmanship available at the most cost effective price possible. Canopy West Truck came through, they were very understanding in my specific requests and I received an amazing product. Quick and efficient would be an understatement in what I experienced in regards to finding my perfect canopy. I wish I could give 10/5 stars if possible. These guys take care of their customers and are very knowledgable in their field.

Would not recommend this place. I had a canopy have rework done there and was the worse mistake I made. $3500 canopy I dropped of to have carpet installed looked like my 8 year old do it. Than the damaged the bottom edge of outer shell. Brought it back for them to repaint took 8 weeks. Also when I went to pick it up the drove the fasteners to far in on the windows the ends of the screws were popping out aluminum trim and paint looked like orange peel. The guy there name starts with "D" told me I am to picky I said I paid $3500 brand new for it not like I bought it on kijiji for $500. Told him that it has to be repaired properly dropped off on January 13th. They kept giving me the run around until may I picked it up.still not right but at this point I am done with this company. don't expect quality wouldn't trust them even to make me a peanut butter sandwich!!

Work truck came with canopy but no keys to lock her up.. they easily found the right ones and had plenty in stock. Even accommodated me by hiding them outside so I could pick em up after-hours.
