Attempted to get my address updated. They said all the changes were made and that my insurance would increase in cost even though I no longer drive my car for work. They did not update my address. They did not send me pink slips. They did increase my payment and get that taken out of my account. I had to call again to get my pink slips. When they pink slips were sent they had an incorrect address. Called to get it re sent. This will be my fourth time calling over a 2 month period waiting on pink slips so I can get my car registered. Horrible customer service. Couldn't be less impressed.

Premium fees for terrible customer service - waited over 3 hours on phone to try and file claim and then suddenly disconnected. Moving to new insurance company after 2 decades as part of teacher group. Go else where for better service

They're fine if you never have a claim. The moment you do, nothing but a headache. 3 months after an accident and my adjustor has never even talked to me, the person who took my statement was incredibly rude & this isn't the first time I've had this issue. Will not recommend to anyone

This company is withholding $16,000 from us. Same thing as every other review here. They’re terrible at communicating, give us the runaround, and WILL NOT GIVE US OUR SETTLEMENT MONEY. This is criminal and we will be involving lawyers to ensure our money is returned to us. This company is horrendous and cannot be trusted. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM.

PHONE around, I have been with this company over 30 years(was considering insuring a second vehicle, was SHOCKED at their quote) So this made me curious, called 2 companies I have never been with $1100.00 cheaper with one, $1000.00 cheaper with the other for my house and car!!! They should really be investigated for gouging, look at all the reviews??? MAKE a phone call you may be SHOCKED as I was. By the way not a PEEP about why are you cancelling , or maybe we could adjust pricing!

The staff I talked to were always helpful and quick to provide the right documentation when requested. We had a couple of claims over the years, and they were handled with little fuss (thank you!). On the down side, our insurance slips were always late in arriving, or we had to call to have them sent. Being long term customers, we saw our premiums rise steadily - we believe partly due to some built-in inflation formulas. Finally went looking elsewhere to compare, and found that our premiums were definitely higher than others were paying. Hopefully our new provider is as good with claims response, but for the difference in price we will cross our fingers and hope not to have any more claims.

2 months to get a claim settled that was clearly a writeoff. Had to follow up numerous times through email and by phone. received very little help and was met often with "We're experiencing a high volume. Sorry". Actively shopping for a new insurance provider now.

I would give zero stars if possible. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run (0% fault) months ago- my adjuster took 5+ emails for every 1 response I received. It was a huge hassle getting reimbursed for my carseat as my adjuster was incorrectly asking for 2 carseat photos when I was only claiming one which resulted in multiple unnecessary back and forths. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was notified on the phone that my deductible had not been waived despite multiple requests on my behalf and my adjuster saying it was taken care of over a week prior. When I dropped off my rental at Enterprise I was informed my rental had only been approved to a certain date at which point I was now past therefore I would not receive my deposit back. Then I picked up my repaired vehicle to find not everything in working order at which time I was unable again to reach my adjuster. I have now escalated my claim over 2 weeks ago and cannot get a call back from anyone in this company including a new adjuster that has been assigned as well as their manager. Do not give your money to this company, they do not care about their customers whatsoever. This has been the biggest joke trying to get help on a matter that I have zero fault in. There were other issues I haven't listed as there are too many.
