I still plan to continue to take the computer Darwin built for me over ten years ago - which still runs! - there for servicing even though it is a slightly longer trip."
Darwin, the owner of Western Computer Shack, is a great computer guru who have helped many customers build and repair computers. I fondly remember buying my first custom-built PC desktop computer from Darwin back in 1996.
Darwin is still building and fixing computers today, and is always eager to help home and business customers solve any computer-related issues. Highly recommended!

The Product(s)/Service: brought my laptop here for a diagnosis. Was very honest about how long it was going to take and was able to give me a general idea of what to expect price wise depending on what was found out. I appreciated that so I wasn't blind sided when I got the diagnosis. The price range given was also fairly accurate!
The People: super friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and let me decide what to do every step of the way. No hidden fees or costs!
