★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I luckily visited this clinic. All staff were very friendly, and the place was clean environment. Also, it was helpful for me that the clinic was opened quite late time.
I finished my all sessions last week. I took for two months and half to be able to start exercising again. Fortunately I had very knowledgeable sessions every time. I was very shocked when I got an unexpected injury just before visiting my country. I could not walk well at that time. My physical therapist gave me thoughtful treatment and provided suitable advice from the beginning of sessions. Even though I asked any questions to him, he always gave me clear explanations anytime. That supported me to take away my worries. Thank you very much.
I will recommend this clinic to my friends and anybody as they need to see very professional and knowledgeable therapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Belmead Physio after a minor car accident. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Laudina was the physio that I worked with and she was great. Very honest and thorough with her assessment and prescribed treatment. Incredibly friendly and great energy.
She fixed my concerns from the accident and helped me get back from an unrelated sports injury that happened during the time I was going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first was having issues after my car accident, so I decided to google "best physio places in west Edmonton" and this place was in the top 3. I chose to give it a shot and I'm so happy I did. Nothing but amazing help. If someone can't help, they find someone who can.. My situation has been a wonky one with covid and starting a new job. They found a way to work around my schedule without it hurting me in any way. All the staff are super friendly! I feel like I am comfortable even though physio isn't always easy and painless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start off with the team. Thank you for front desk and the physio therapist for being so welcoming. It was nice to come in and feel comfortable everytime I came in. Laudina is great. She made me super comfortable, relatable and she genuinely cared about her well being of her patients. She provided excellent excercises and made i never went over my limit but made sure i strengthening myself to my best ability. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to Belmead clinic on and off for the last few years. I found the staff there were very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. She was very sensitive to all my needs and encouraged me all the way to be able to recover from my injury. She used all the available resources and informations to help me get better. I consider myself lucky to have her as my therapist :)
The place is very clean and organized as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shannen is fantastic. My right shoulder and back were experiencing chronic pain due an accident. I was doing physiotherapy at different clinic and transferred to Belmead. After working with Shannon for just over a month, the pain significantly decreased and able to get back to my preaccident status with the help of her exercises program and education. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shannen is a really good physiotherapist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing physiotherapy care. She takes the time to explain what the problems are and how to reach good outcomes. I feel much better after her treatments. She is very professional, respectful and compassionate. The only thing that I do not like about the clinic is the receptionist. She is always on her phone. There was two times I was standing in front of her for a good 3 minutes without her saying Hi, because she was on her cellphone. It Would be nice if she dresses appropriately to look professional. I have worked with many clinics and manages people and I find this is a no no I hope this will catch the managers attention to improve her performance.
