She has been very informative, supportive, kind and overall a huge help to me in healing these issues. Thanks to her I have made more progress then I thought was possible and graduated physio in just a few months. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Nadia!
R	Retro Girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda is an amazing PT. She can help with any pelvic issues but looks at the whole body and has treated other ailments. She makes me feel very comfortable and I always feel better after seeing her. If I needed to see a PT, she will always be my first choice!

The lack of hands on and the rushed half hour approach with door knocks rushing the end of the appointment has left me to not recommend this place to any doctor I've met, and pelvic pt I've talked to. I've required a lot of pelvic pt and there are many better options out there. If you are a male and require PT from people who are comfortable with actually helping you out and not rushing anything. Just email around and anywhere else is probably a better bet. I've been here several times in the start of my pelvic pt journey at the beginning and am only reviewing now. It has been years but I felt the need. I surely hope they have changed their service to be better for their customers.

In the span of 5 physio sessions, my health has improved and I am very happy with the results. Nadia is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with! I felt at ease as soon as we met. She takes the time to walk you through the treatment, exercises, is open to questions and follows up after every session. Nadia is amazing and I highly recommend her!

Nadia was incredible to work with - she was very clear and thorough in explaining what she doing during the appointments and what I should be doing at home. I never once felt awkward or uncomfortable. She ended up addressing the issues I had been facing for 6+ months after only 3-4 appointments. Should I run into issues again, I am definitely coming back to Cura to see Nadia.

They always run on time and staff is very friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any questions! My Physiotherapist was Nadia, she was phenomenal! Each appointment was outlined and a goal for between sessions. She would also email me with any "homework" that was needed between sessions. Before anything was done she was sure to make sure I knew what was going to happen and always asked if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend booking not only with Cura but also with Nadia if you are in need of any Pelvic Floor Physio. I will definitely be going back after next baby!
