I said that I wanted a mid taper, ended up miscommunicating and got #1 on the sides. I would've been okay with it but he cut almost to the top of my head giving it an ugly round shape. Gonna wear a toque for about a 2 weeks, this is so bad.

I was informed that their system doesn’t keep track of customers. I found that odd because every place I’ve been to prior does, but apparently this company doesn’t ? Odd!? I gave the gentleman on the phone what service I got prior and was told they don’t offer it anymore. So I opted just for the Executive cut. I sat down he sprayed my head and cut it and didn’t ask what I wanted before the razor came out. I could have had the same experience at Great Clips for cheaper. So then I go to the website for Mr Barber and look at other locations just down the road. Hmmm cheaper and offer the service I had prior. So I checked a few others in Edmonton and yes they are all different and have different pricing. So next time I guess I drive the extra 5 mins to Lessard get the service I want and get it cheaper.

After explaining kinda poorly the cut I wanted on I think my third visit, the guy told me the terminology to use on my next visit. Haven't had a problem since, and gotten exactly what I want every time.

Super friendly, quick service also the first time a barber actually asked my opinion about how I wanted my hair to look right down to the shape of my "sideburns"? will definitely be making this place my new goto place and recommending them to everyone.
