★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. As a powerlifting athlete post child, I was having issues with bracing and pelvic floor. Mandy was absolutely amazing. She helped me with exercises to rid me of my issues during heavy squats. Highly recommend for any female athletes or women dealing with pelvic floor issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just attended the Nurture Her Women's Business Retreat 2019, a WORLD-CLASS event for women.... my words cannot do it justice. Each and every speaker over the four days from Layne Beachley, Paul and Tami Roos, Sam Bloom to Julie Bishop just to name a few have all been extraordinary. So grateful I went.
I scribed a short verse to encapture my thoughts:
From seed to seedling, to sapling then tree
My mind has been watered by nurture me
From flint to spark, birth my entrepreneur
I’m being shaped and moulded at Nurture Her
From thinking I’d simply enjoy time away
I’m literally evolving like a screenplay
Now, the present is what I most treasure
Friendships, the moments are all beyond measure
