★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle is a knowledgeable physiotherapist and a wonderful human being that goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you and make you feel comfortable. She is the best at what she does and I’m very thankful to have found her. I feel hopeful and happier every time I leave her office
Edit: I went back and saw Mandy this time since Michelle no longer works at NH. I was nervous because it’s so hard to find empathetic professionals to work with; fortunately Mandy exceeded all my expectations, I felt like I was talking to a friend who happened to understand and even guess what I was trying to explain. She worked with me and gave me multiple choices so that I could solve my current situation. She even answered my anxious emails on a weekend. There are not enough words to describe what an amazing human being Mandy is and how calm I felt after her knowledgeable advice. I recommend Mandy to anyone who wishes to be seen by a competent, caring, resourceful and experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist
