The team at Regenerate helped me get my life back. Before treatment my vertigo kept me from doing much of anything including screen time or playing with my daughter - I was in really rough shape - with the help of the empathetic team I am on the mend and highly recommend Regenerate for vestibular issues.

Cale is fantastic. A sincerely kind and caring individual who does an excellent job of finding resolving root issues resulting in better overall health and pain reduction. He was able to resolve an ankle issue I was having when other physios and doctors were unable to determine what was happening. Shockwave therapy is also extremely effective.

I've had Shockwave from Cale in the past so when my elbow was bugging me in November and I made an appointment with Physical Therapist Daire. Took several Shockwave treatments to work on my chronic tennis elbow. Then I dislocated my knee skiing and switched to a handful of Physio treatments to strengthen my knee and quads. Found Daire very professional and caring to ensure his patients are improving. My recommendation to those needing help... don't delay making an appointment. This senior got back to skiing only 7 weeks after injury!

Hi I have been seeing Cale Parkyn since late 2019. He was at a different clinic. After being diagnosed from a Pain Clinic. I had frozen shoulder. Their process was to give me Cortezone shots which did not work. My Niece suggested Shock Wave Therapy. Hence meeting Cale and my journey began. When I first began Shock Wave I was a broken Woman, Emotionally Physically and Mentally. For much of the first year I came in and I cried through every session. You have to understand I could not even grab a quart of Milk from the Fridge without physical pain. I had not slept for 18 Months. i was a mess. Then Cale moved to Regenerate Physiotherapy. I continued coming every 2 weeks. Then gradually my Rotator Cuff, Tri-Cep and he also worked on both Shoulders across the back. Because the xrays that were taken from the Pain Clinic diagnosed that I had Arthritis as well. I also fell eight feet off a ladder from a Boat in Mexico. I broke a Rib and cracked my 10th Vertabrea. So Cale worked on everything that hurt including my left Hip. You have to understand that Chronic Pain affects your whole mind and body. So when i came for Treatments Cale was my Therapist and Emotional support. i finally after coming and seeing improvement. i confided to Cale. If he had not helped me. I was considering Suicide. Now i still come for Maintenance at least once a Month for another year. at this time I have never felt better in my life. CALE and Shock Wave THERAPY SAVED MY LIFE. One last comment, I am the happiest i have been in years. And I owe it all to Cale and Shock Wave Therapy.

I was struggling with pain in my forearms for last few years. Not 100% sure of the cause but it was diagnosed as tennis elbow. It seemed to get worse as I was working from home for 2 years and I assumed it was from doing daily typing for so many years at my job. I tried Physio in Jan. last year with some relief with needling, massage & exercise. However, it was still a problem in Dec. so I tried Chiropractor with some relief however after a month my Chiropractor recommended I try shockwave with Regenerate Physio. So I tried them in Jan .this year and 4 months later I can feel the difference of an improvement in my arms. The reception staff is so helpful with coordinating appointments and working with our benefit plans. Cale is a phenomenal physiotherapist. His treatments are the only thing that has helped my husbands back after years trying other therapists. He helped me with a shoulder injury that I expected to take much longer to heal! You never feel rushed, he really takes the time to discuss the details and get you back to where you want to be.

Daire, said like (Dara) and Cale are excellent physiotherapists. If you are like me you like to know what’s going on with your body, these guys really know their stuff. Super knowledgeable, really take the time to explain and understand what going on. Never have I been so impressed by a health professional but these two are where it’s at. Friendly and easy to talk to. Never thought my elbow would get better. Life sure is easier when all your parts are working like they should.

Team Regenerate was amazing throughout my mom’s entire treatment. Dáire was super thorough and kind for each sessions and incredibly helpful with all the questions we came up with every week. The best doctor with the best bedside manner ever! Every single person we met at the desk was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries and questions. And of course, the treatment was amazing and she has no pain at all!
