First we were both squeezed into one room onto funky beds that were not covered with a sheet to lay on. There was no sink for rinsing of the cloths used to clean the skin between products. Products should be introduced by the esthetician as applied. I had to ask. No real discussion about skin assessment and/or product recommendations. Left with oily feeling skin. I called to express concerns and was basically brushed off. It was suggested that this is how the owner wants things done?

The staff were kind and spoke with soft tones and smiles, and the area where I had the laser procedure completed was very clean and organized. I felt so pleased with my first appointment that I booked another for a facial on my way out! I would recommend that you consider Elysian for your next laser treatment or spa service. Very different from what is usually offered in Edmonton.

Treva-Lee sent me all the requirements for the facial with a detailed protocol enclosed. We met via Zoom and it took approximately an hour. The black cherry/chocolate mask was delicious. My face was very refreshed, soft and glowing. I have been using Osmosis products for quite some time now and the changes/results on my skin have been phenomenal! I am on the anti-aging line and I can now say that 51 is the new 41 :) I would highly recommend Elysian for a virtual facial... Thanks Treva-Lee Tracy

I loved the room we were in that we could share the experience together and found the staff to be very professional and helpful with our very different skin needs. We both left with glowing complexions and lots of good advice on how to maintain our respective types of skin. The products were explained to us very well and there was no high pressure sales to buy their products. We will be going back for regular treatments and look forward to using some of the products at home.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time; she's very knowledgeable and good at helping you relax. The massage table was the most comfortable I've ever been on, and she placed hot stones around my body to help sink into relaxation while she did the reflexology treatment (on feet). The sound therapy machine was amazing too. Overall amazing treatment experience and she's thought of every little detail to make it a good value too.
