I was in a car accident it will be 4 years in September and they have been working very hard with me to ease as much pain as they can as well as give me home exercises to try and help me live with the daily chronic pain. This place is number 1 and everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming. They care about their patients!

I have had massage, chiro and acupuncture here and everyone who saw me was great. I have a difficult illness and each take their time accessing, giving exercises and how to stretch that work with my limitations. Dr. Lynes is informative and has helped me. Highly recommend going here if you want people who know what they are doing and what they are taking about.

I chose his office because of the amazing reviews as well as proximity to my workplace and my home at the time. At my first appointment, I felt very comfortable and welcomed, and I'm very happy that I decided to keep seeing Dr. Lynes. He is a great chiropractor to deal with. He is always super friendly and very helpful with any questions I might have. My condition has greatly improved since the first time I saw him, and I'm confident when I say that I will continue coming to Glenwood Sport and Spine for all my chiropractic needs. Bernice and Christine are amazing as well, I always look forward to chatting with them when I come in for my appointments!

Walked out feeling good and could move around much better. I was sore for a couple of days after that but the mobility eventually became better. The only regret I have is I should have gone sooner. Thank you; Dr Todd Lynes, for the expertise and PDF of some exercises to help increase the mobility and strength of my back. Great work.
