After calling many insurance companies and getting denied or having them try to force me to pay extremely high premiums for the whole year to get them to even think about insuring me, I decided to search on google and found DND Insurance. DnD insurance took the time to get to know me, understand that I had made a mistake and not punish me with high premiums like almost any other insurance out there. Hayden, the broker I had the pleasure to deal with in two separate quotes, is very easy to speak too and most importantly very relieving when it comes to the insurance rates. This place was a life saver. Every other insurance company quoted me at about $30,000/year. They were able to bring it down to a more affordable $10,000 (about). With the stipulation that if I got into an accident it would be readjusted to $30,000. If you have a DUI and/or multiple accidents I would strongly recommend giving Kyla a call to get a quote. They were very non-judgmental and I know without their help I wouldn't be able to start driving again. Also they are willing to do monthly payments which no other insurance company was willing to do.

Kyla! One of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, especially during such a trying and stressful time. Like most people who contact DND Insurance, I was in need of a policy after a DUI. My previous policy holder decided to let me know, about a month before my policy expired, that they would no longer be covering me. Someone mentioned DND to me so I filled out their online quote request and, I'm pretty sure, the same day Kyla had responded. I contacted her the next day to get things started. From there things actually went faster than I anticipated. Kyla needed my driving history, and being that I lived in Ontario until 2015, I needed to contact the ministry there. The best they could do was direct me to a form to fill out that I would then need to mail to them, and wait for my history to be mailed back to me. What they did give me over the phone was my old drivers license number. Somehow, probably through magic, with that number, Kyla was able to gather enough history to get me a quote. From there everything was smooth sailing. A few phone calls to go over a few details, and then on the day the policy was to start an enjoyable, casual call to fill out all the necessary paperwork. Kyla made the whole process easy and painless, and during the one longer phone call at the end, it was just an easy flowing conversation while waiting for the forms to go through. All things considered as to why I needed to find a new insurance provider, Kyla made things super easy and comfortable.
