When I told him the other insurance company's were able to give me a quote he said "well we don't do that here bye" and hung up.

Has no idea what shes doing, charges obscene "cancellation" fees with no rhyme or reason, even when she told by corporate to re-emburse the customer- has the worst attitude I've ever seen on someone who deals with the public. Just a frigid *****. By the way- her friends and employees leave her false good reviews. This "woman" is a real piece of work. I'd rather get my insurance from some bum in a back alley somewhere.

When I needed something explained I just call the office and someone is always happy to answer my questions. I would recommend Jane Cameron and her staff good customer service.

Apparently in that time they cancelled a policy that was 74$ a year for a dirt bike up for renewal. That’s right, 74$. Instead of trying to call me they sent a bunch of stuff through the mail to my place which I wasn’t at. Now there is a thing on my insurance record saying non payment. When I got home and received all the notifications it was already cancelled. So i figured why bother cancelling it now. I can’t ride my bike and they cancelled it. Come to find out it screwed my insurance record up. Maybe before you screw people over for 3 years over 74$ you should call them and explain all you need to do is cancel your policy, or pay the 74$. Also how can you cancel a policy for non payment when I haven’t used the insurance. It is paid up front every year. So kind of hilarious I’m getting cancelled for non payment on a policy I never received the insurance coverage for. Thanks again, business will be going somewhere else. All 74$ of it. This is fair warning to every one else who doesn’t wish to have there insurance screwed up and potentially screw you over down the line like they did to me. A simple phone call could’ve solved all of this. Explain to your customers before you screw them for 3 years.

Discrimination if you ask me. This is how you treat your clients? Disgusting. Better off finding another insurance place. Way better rates out there!!!
