★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Non-responsive to emails or voice mail. Frustrating experience at best. I was a client for 18 years. The only time I ever needed them was this year. My car was rear-ended. The car was totalled and the insurance company paid out the value of my car. I had written to my broker to say that I no longer required their services and to cancel the policy as I no longer had the vehicle. They kept sending me invoices for a bill for a car I no longer have for a policy that is no longer valid. They sent me a registered letter advising me that my policy would be cancelled for non-payment. Seriously, the broker said he was unaware that the insurance company had paid out the value of the car. It's like communicating with a brick wall. He quoted me $800 more for a new car. I went elsewhere and I suggest you do the same and save yourself days of frustration and hundreds of dollars.

Barbara answered all my questions and was able to enlighten my about a few things I hadn't known before. I would definitely recommend this brokerage based off my initial experience.
