★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in November 2021 and had to make a claim. Getting a hold of the adjustor took weeks. She does not return my calls/emails. I'm still going through the process and have been sending emails and leaving voice messages only ask for an update. I do not get a single response. I have no concerns with customer service reps, they are pleasant and professional. I would not recommend Allstate Insurance due to the difficulties I have and am currently experiencing.
