★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy Carrier is wonderful at what he does, I highly recommend him as an RMT. I was suffering quite badly with back pain, within 2 treatments I felt immense relief.
I also enjoy that I can text the reception desk with questions, appointment bookings and confirmations. They text back in a timely manner.

Ok but just to be crystal clear (since I saw him today and I don't want to give a mixed message) he really is skilled and you SHOULD see him, just don't take my regular appointment. He's particularly great for working out long-term issues or localised problems that just don't seem to resolve. I often need a deep tissue massage but am a weakling that doesn't want pain. He manages to do that very very well. Just go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Guy Carrier twice for a deep tissue massage. I experienced back pain for 2 years without any relief. I noticed a significant difference in one 90 minute session and after my second 90 minute session I am basically pain free. I am confident after my third 90 minute session that I will no longer have any back issues. His passion for "fixing" issues is obvious and you can tell he is very knowledgeable. I have already recommended several people to book with him because he is truly a magician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: After getting in contact with massage heights, they have given us a very reasonable frame of time to share these hours and we are thankful for their willingness to work with us in using this time in a way that will be covered by my benefits.

My wife and I supported this location through the pandemic by paying our monthly subscription while we couldn't get massages.
So we built up $1200 worth of massages that they will not let us use unless we pay another $270 and use all the hours in 3 months.
My benefits only covers 500 per year so this won't work for us. They won't give us a refund and we are out $1200.
