I came to this location on a busy Saturday and was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received from Ashley. I had quite a demanding shopping list and she went above and beyond to assist me in finding products to fit my needs. The store itself had a friendly atmosphere and it appeared to be well stocked

Worst experience ever. Staff was extremely unfriendly, and I mean EXTREMELY unfriendly. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and when I asked how to get a product out of a locked case the worker responded with a dirty look and other than that, no acknowledgment. Unfortunately enough, this same staff member had to help me out at the cash register. She didn't say a word to me, and she didn't even have the decency to pass me my bag. Instead, she simply turned around. This store is good for basic nail supplies, but doesn't have anything fun. OH AND TO ADD TO THAT, I called previously to coming in and asked if the store carried holographic nail powder, which she responded yes, and when I showed up, there was none to be found. I don't think she even knew what I was talking about. I am very unimpressed with this store.

The red haired girl who works here is phenomenal! Peppy, fun, relatable, knowledgeable, helpful. The list goes on. Sally Beauty is lucky to have her on their payroll! She gets customer experience!!

I visit Sally's for more obscure, less "mainstream" supplies. I've never been disappointed. Great customer service and had what I needed.

I came in here last night and the two ladies were super pleasant. Asked if I had a mask I showed my doctors note and mask excerpt card with the bylaw medical exceptions and they said ok no worries. Today I go in for product and LACY she said was her name. I walked in and said I was exempt showed her my note card and such again same as always and she says β€œoh interesting I’ll just stay over here then”. Staff need to be trained an appropriate response and that attitude as if she is disgusted with me is not okay. You are in a customer SERVICE industry. It’s as simple as β€œno worries, thank you for showing me, just remember to social distance!” And offer if you can help me find anything. It’s NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Grow up and stop acting like I have a disease just do to having a medical disorder that makes me exempt. Hope management addresses this or I’ll just start ordering else where.

The staff at this Sally's location is horrible!! Three ladies in particular were there the day my sister went in to buy bright pink hair color. One was supposed to be a hairstylist of some sort, who portrayed to my sister that the bleach she was going to use would not wreck her hair, after she specifically asked if it would. Trusting said assosiate, she bought and used it to her horror, it did quite a lot of damage. To the point of her hair breaking off and leaving it uneven and forcing her to buy temporary extentions. It gets worse. Upon returning to the store upset that the associate had misinformed her about it being safe to use, the staff not only was not apologetic in anyway whatsoever, but they actually laughed at her and taunted her by saying "don't worry, mullets are making a comeback" or something to that effect. I highly recommend avoiding this location like the plague. The staff clearly are not knowledgeable about products they should be well versed in, but more importantly, the lack of character demonstrated by their blatant dismissal of the trauma caused by them and then to add insult to injury by behaving like bullies is frankly appalling. Shame on you "Sally Beauty" girls!!!

When I first started shopping here years ago I kind of noticed that the girls didn't have much knowledge of hair and their products. just recently over the last couple of visits I've run into some really really helpful knowledgeable girls specifically one today named Georgia super sweet super professional and brighten my day by knowing that it was my birthday thanks Georgia and your partner with the amazing hair.

Do not recommend this Sally Beauty shop. I was assisted by a younger girl wearing a head covering and glasses. I told her that I was looking for a lilac temporary colour for my blonde hair. I was hoping to save a few hours from my very busy schedule and do it myself instead of going to the hairdresser. She sold me a Good Dye Young semi-permanent in the colour Stoned Pony & showed me photos of what my hair colour would be on the iPad. She advised to go more pastel, just to mix with conditioner, 1/2 and 1/2. I did the strand test when I got home and it turned out nice, I was happy with it. Did my whole head and was reading up on the product while it was processing. Turns out that online it says "For Level 10 Hair" and "Not Recommended" for others. Sure enough, my Level 10 strands turned purple while the rest turned a murky purple-ish brown. Not impressed. I immediately reached out to my stylist who advised I should shampoo as many times as possible. Lots of colour came out, but it is still incredibly ugly. I went back to the store today to return the product because of the "Love It or Return It' guarantee. The same girl was there, when I told her why I was returning she said "Yikes!" to me...not sorry I misinformed you, not sorry I sold you the wrong product, not sorry I wrecked your hair and am not only wasting your time, but am now wasting your money. So disappointed. Get professional advice on your hair colour - skip this Sally Beauty location!
