To my surprised, Rainy went above and beyond, offered me a fantastic deal instead and thanked me for being Rogers customer. Detail matters and I am truely appreciated this guesture. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and let them ask for Rainy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of meeting Rainy and Asad today, they were extremely helpful and professional. They were happy to walk me through all my options and I left very satisfied.
I also witnessed remarkable patience from both Rainy and Asad when a rude and entitled customer came in. They fixed her self made issues and remained friendly and professional the whole time. I would not have been able to do the same if I were in thier shoes.
They definitely deserve recognition for there outstanding customer service.
I would recommend this location to anyone, just remember to bring photo ID!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service!!! Highly Recommended especially for people living/working in West Edmonton. Rainy was extremely patient, effective, knowledgeable and customer-focused during my 1.5 hours stay at their store. She answered all of my questions regarding the options of my new plan/device. She went extra miles to help me transfer data from my old cell (Samsung Galaxy S7) to the new one (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE G5) and install the screen protector for my new cell. I am very satisfied and impressed with Rainy's service!!!
