T	Troy Bellefontaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories and only get to Edmonton a few times a year. (It's a 17 hour drive) Jackie is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help me out. I sometimes need to order supplies and have my dad pick things up for me because I can't make the trip myself. Jackie gets the order together and has everything ready when my dad gets there. I once ran the risk of running out of lightner but after a quick call to cosmoprof Jackie saved the day by sending my order the I recieved the be t day. She was willing to mail my order out and I sent her an email transfer. I have worked retail for many years and i know it is rare to find people who are willing to make any extra effort to help people out. Most people do their job but that's where the service ends. I have had great experiences at cosmoprof on Robie Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia as well as locations in Edmonton. (2823 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton and 10634 170 St. NW, Edmonton) thank you to everybody who has helped me out.

I’ll never go to this one again, they are rude and have no idea what they are talking about. I brought my purchase up to the counter while this employee continued writing something down for 5mins without even acknowledging me what so ever, And this is normal behaviour for this store! I’m always disappointed going there Go to any other store but this one! Oh and they are NEVER stocked with product

Phoned and asked if they had a specific product (Malibu treatment) and she said that they did, so I drove all the way from Beaumont only to get there and for her to say that as soon as we got off the phone she checked AFTER the call and realized that they didn’t have it in stock, didn’t even bother to phone back and let me know? And then sent me to the St. Albert trail location. LOVE WASTING GAS $$ for employees who can’t do their simple task in their job. Avoiding this location at all costs from now on. Very unimpressed.
G	Gillyn Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only give one star to this location because it won’t allow me to give less. I called to ask about a product and was firmly told they don’t carry it. The woman on the phone didn’t even look. And as I’m talking to her I’m looking at the product they apparently don’t carry, in the December catalogue... called another store and was provided with excellent service and they help my product until I picked it up. They stated anything in the catalogues all of the stores carry. Maybe they should staff the 170th location with more knowledgeable and less lazy people. Plus everyone I go there the one staff member is standing outside smoking and comes in when you enter... then reeks like ciggarettes while ringing up the items she didn’t help you find!

One person can be helpful and the next is snooty and rude like your question or request is wasting their time !! Safe to say I wont be ordering from this location, not to mention they dont usually stock the shelves with the things I'm looking for .. There is space on the shelf but no product ever!!

I have not seen them before, but it was pleasant to have helpful and welcoming staff. I didn't quite get the names of the two ladies working, but I do really appreciate the good customer service.
