★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for led light lamp. Asked for consultation and let them know I am not very confident with what I am buying. So I bought just the lamp without the base without even realizing it. I have never been told the sale is final for electricals.. When I have tried to return the lamp it was refused. They showed me the bottom of the receipt with their policies. I think it's not fair do not even let people know that they buy something wrong and the most important do not tell them the item is not refundable. I can consider this as a cheating! Never gonna be their customer anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They ruin my day everytime I visit. There was no one at the check out so I waited which is fine. But someone came to the till and I said Im done shopping and ready to pay, she didnt say anything. I said Thank you after getting a receipt and she didnt say anything. This is not the first time I was being ignored. What an unplaesant place to spend money. One star is not even worth it. Im going to try other distributors.

A good selection of products but their return policy on tools is not the greatest.

They won’t price match or exchange and the staff are horrible with an attitude. Each one of them says something different than the other. Not helpful at all and awful service. Not recommended. No comparison to the branch that’s in Calgary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to shop for hair products and like a candy store for all hairstylists/enthusiast. However, they would not sell as little as a shampoo or conditioner to you if you are not a licensed Beautician or hairstylist which is a bit awful. It would save people the stress of going all the way to their store if they will leave a little disclaimer as to that fact on their website or at least let you know when you walk into the store that it's not a place to shop for everyone.
