3 Leaf Wellness Centre is the inspiration of Katie Stamm, a Massage Therapist from Edmonton, AB. Since 2006 Katie has worked as a Massage Therapist, treating clients with a wide range of conditions and treatment goals. Through her one-on-one work she quickly learned that Massage went beyond just treating the physical body. It is about creating a safe space for people, where they feel appreciated, cared for and heard. It is about creating an atmosphere that promotes relaxation, using specific oils, heat, lighting and music. It is about creating an overall healing experience and feeling of well being for the client. 3 Leaf Wellness Centre was born out of a desire to take what she has learned in her own practice and expand it to a larger space, in order to be of greater service to more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews (5 star ones:)) aren't lying! This place is a dream, from its gorgeous decor to the soft spoken staff. Oh, and Laura? Best massage I've ever had in my life. Definitely recommend her services but have heard great things about Alfred, too. They listen to your needs, places to focus on, places to avoid, and you'll leave feeling entirely relaxed and pampered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of town and because of short notice I haven’t had the chance to book with the same therapist twice. But it doesn’t really matter because they are all fantastic!!
My first visit was over a year ago with Hannah, she had me soo relaxed I drifted off a few times.
My second visit was with Robin, she got so deep into my neck and hips that I it felt like I was floating when I was walking out.
My last visit was with Yuko and man did she make a mission of finding every knot in my back/shoulders/neck and move them on out. Very good hand pressure and very intuitive.
I’ve been to a few shops around town and this is the only one I return to.
No direct billing, no problem for me. They provide a great service at a competitive price. What more can you ask for? How about super clean, friendly, professional, and they follow the restrictions to a tee for ALL of our safety. Great job!
Can’t wait for my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID safety protocols are in place and I felt very safe, health wise. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given sandals to change into. Unfortunately, there's no bench or chair to sit on to change shoes. While I understand this is due to safety protocols, I came in with a very sore back and it was hard to change shoes.
Regardless, I was treated to an excellent massage by Alfred Lau. Nice, deep tissue work. Kind, quiet, skilled. When I had a follow up question that I sent via email, I was answered within hours. Definitely will go back again! Beautiful clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had an appointment with Alfred and he was one of the most professional therapists I've seen (and I've gone to quite a few different therapists in the city!) His initial introduction and instructions were so thorough and I felt like I was fully informed about what he was planning on working on in our session. The receptionist was so sweet on the phone when I booked the appointment last minute and I felt like the whole experience with this clinic was so wonderful. 10/10 I would recommend this location to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I feel very safe coming into this place. Great health protocols in place. What a fantastic experience. Easy to book. My messier explained things well and thoroughly. A clean relaxing environment. You have to remove foot ware there but they offer slippers.
