TO LOG INTO YOUR CLIENT PORTAL
1.) Press ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. It will take you to our OWL booking portal.
2.) Click BOOK NOW on the top right of Owl Portal.
3.) You will need to click theWest End Location. Telehealth can also be booked at this location. Just click VIDEO SESSION
4.) Click on THERAPIST
5.) Choose a Service.
All three items (location, therapist and service) have to chosen in order to book a session.
ALL Clients need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT THROUGH OWL. This can be difficult if you do not know which person is the best fit for you. If you book with ENROL FOR SERVICES, you can sit with a team member and go through setting up for services.
Log into your account to access your Video session or appointments.
Your account will confirm your bookings, upcoming sessions, invoices and client information.
