River Valley Health has joined ATHX performance to strengthen our client services. RVH was founded in 2002 as a clinical location with an innovative approach to Chiropractic and sport injury management. For the next 13 years, RVH grew and evolved into not just a clinic but a true high performance training facility, one of a kind in Edmonton, rapidly outgrowing its space in the College Plaza tower. ATHX Performance was born in 2015 as the evolution of RVH, and the two sister companies ran simultaneously for 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ace was hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. After his work on me and by following the exercises (homework) he gave me, I am pain free for the first time in a long time. If I ever injur myself again he will be my first phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian is great, he's thorough and gives helpful suggestion to help at home. I am usually hurting during and after the apt but but always feel better then when I went in and so much better the day after as he isn't afraid to get into the irritated areas and work them out. It's a great company everyone is really friendly.
My first time going in I was In alot of pain and they got me in last minute I was so thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a few months I had started having stress-neck knots which would lead to migraines that would last for two days. I went in and saw Kara - and she was amazing!! She was friendly and warm and I felt completely comfortable with her, even though normally I do not like to be touched/massaged. After three appointments for some massage therapy-I did not get adjusted as I wasn't interested in that type of therapy, which was no problem- and I haven't had a single neck knot or migraine since.
Can't recommend Kara or River Valley Health enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ace is an awesome chiropractor! I started seeing him when my back aches got really bad and I realized I needed a chiropractor. I even got my orthotic shoe inserts through him, they offer a full 3D gait analysis that I didn’t even get in one of the leading foot clinics in downtown, and the orthotics I got here were WAY better, I hardly wear the one from the other clinic but I’m always reaching for the one I got here!
The front desk staff are also always friendly and great efficient service and quick responses
I had to move cos of work but I needed to leave this review for Dr Ace! Thank you and wish you the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage therapist Ana started the appointment 10 minutes late (even though I arrived early) and did not make up the time. I still had to pay the full cost even though the appointment was cut short due to her. That is cheating the customer and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place. The supervisor would need to closely watch the therapist with every customer to make sure that the customer gets the full treatment time and that is likely not practical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always professional and provide great care. Both of the chiropractors I’ve seen there, Dana and Ian take their time to listen and understand your situation and then spend time treating you. Some clinics I’ve been to in the past barely spend 5 minutes with you and I always left feeling like I needed more.

He addressed what needed to be done and give me advice and recommendations. And isn't looking to stab the wallet. Only recommending a few visits not a lifetimes worth. I'll definitely recommend to people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Marcy is incredible ???? Front and team have become like friends I absolutely adore them this place is fantastic! I ran my own business, which was a chiropractic office for 14 years so when it came time to find a new chiropractor, I of course was extra picky. I went to 5 before I found this Chiropractic goddess! Dr Marcy is incredibly educated, compassionate, and super fun. I couldn’t ask for more in a healer ❤️ I am so so grateful for Marcy she has been helping me through a really tough injury. I recommend her to absolutely everybody! Thank River Valley Health! ❤️
