Words can't even describe how bad my hair was, and I can't post pictures on here. But just picture the talles mountain range you've ever seen....as my hair line!!!! I can't make this up, and the worst part is that I was only in for a colour!!! Waffa even managed to mess that up too! She arbitrarily assigns prices too considering she quoted my friend 40$ less then what I paid when she called in to check prices for me after my sticker shock, considering my price was supposed to be a deal. I mean who charges 190$ for a messed up colour and a hack job cut that wasn't wanted. I told her 7 times not to cut my hair and that I was growing it, my front was to my collarbone and the back was to my hairline and I walked out with Kate plus 8!!! Not sure what part of "I'm growing it out" meant make me look like a soccer mom?!! She just wants to do what she wants and doesn't even do it well then will argue your ear off after on how she didn't mess up and doesn't give refunds. Only good thing is that I paid on cc and after they saw the pictures I'll be getting my money back. Save your time and money and stay away! The only excuse for hair that bad is someone being off their meds, and after dealing with her I wouldn't be surprised.

Worst hair salon ever. Was told one thing and got another. Wanted highlights (low and high) we agreed on a color of blonde and dark brown, my hair is medium brown. She did blonde high lights and did the rest of my hair dark down, not at all what I asked for. I waked out with orange highlights when she told me it would be ash blonde. Told her not to put blonde rite t the front and did anyway. Told her I don’t like this and she kept saying it will lighten after a wash or two. Washed it 3 times and just went more and more orange. Went back and all she would do is more toner, so I let her and well the blonde didn’t change at all and she striped the dark hair and made it red and burnt my head. She lied straight through her teeth to me saying she didn’t say this or that. If I wanted to do any thing else other than more toner I would have to pay for it. Even after doing the toner she told me a style would be more money. She does not care about her clients and only money. She did not care what so ever I was unhappy with the service and color. She also cut way to much off my hair. I told her to take an inch and she tool like 3. That’s a lot of hair and thinned it out way to much. I had to go to anther salon to ask for help because I can’t stand to look in the mirror, as they were looking at my hair parts of my hair it was breaking off, my hair is so fried and damaged it’s breaking. The highlights can not be fixed or my hair will fall out. My only option is to dye my hair a dark brown solid color and a lot of treatments. I can’t believe how un professional and ignorant she is If you want to keep your hair, NEVER GO TO THIS SALON. She has no idea what she is doing. By she I mean the owner.

Worst experience ever! I asked for a balayage colour only, no cut and the lady quoted me "$210.00". Which is outrageous for a salon that is not high end at all, is located in a rough area and for hairstylist whom I came to find out had no Idea what balayage even was, she also doesnt use olaplex or any other hair protein to protect the hair while bleaching. I was quoted less at Rain in West Edmonton Mall, which was where I preceeded to go before she dropped the price to $180.00. So I figured sure Ill give it a try she sounded convincing. My ends were already bleached out and I had waited 8 months to finally go to a salon and have the hair Ive always wanted. She foiled it with dark dye and bleach and when she got to the top of my head she only left it on for 15 min. By the time she rinsed it out half my hair fell out on the bottom of my head!! She over bleached the already blonde hair and left it on for twice as long as my roots which were dark and are now a brassy orange colour!! She said "No" to toning it. She then preceeded to thin it out with thinning scissors and now I have less than half the hair I had before and its all streaky with orange, blonde and brown colour. I then went to pay and her machine broke so she sent me next door to get cash. She wouldnt even give me a reciept just asked me to come back another day for it! The salon says its open at 8am online, and 10am on the sign out front. I came back at 8 just to come back again for10am the next morning and she didnt even show up until 10:45. Not to mention their phone doesnt work! I kindly explained to her how I was crying all night about my hair and asked for a reciept and to please fix my hair! She just went on and on about how "it looks fine and that everyone is jealous that says it isnt, she then kept saying in a rude manner how she gave me a good deal and how I wasted her time", $180.00? Thats alot of money for something I did not want. Deal or not I am unhappy. My hair looks horrible to me, I do not feel good about it and I am not blind! it looks NOTHING like the photo I showed her. She was incredibly rude and insensitive to my feelings, all she cares about is money. Which she would not have otherwise had since not a single customer came in during the time I was there. She has no idea what balayage is and now I look like a teenager with bad highlights and broken thinned out hair. I would pay 1000$ to have my hair back and to have gone to someone else who cares. Pleasr dont go here. This place does not deserve to be in business. She is incredibly rude and does not listen to anything u say or what u want. It is also extremely overpriced and when they mess up they wont even apologize. ?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Went and received a hair Trim on Saturday. I asked to keep the length of my hair and just add some layers. While shampooing my hair I was telling her how I haven't had my hair cut in 2 years due to being charges $80 and the haircut was brutal and I lost half my of hair and that $80 is insane for trim. She washed my hair and I was soaked with water all over my face and down my back. She cut my hair. ( there was more hair on the floor from my shedding then what she cut. ) As she was blow drying it, she used a round brush to dry it and then soaked by hair in oil. I get to the cash to pay and she charges me $94.50. I questioned the price as the sign read $45 and up. She explained due to having long and thick hair (my hair isn't thick at all) and it was a trim not an entirely different style and that she did a hair treatment, which was the oil she put in my hair.I I left as it was late and went home and washed my hair and my hair is naturally curly so when it was curled how i usually wear it it was all choppy. I went to get it fixed somewhere else for $30 on Sunday as it was driving me insane. Today I called and asked for my money back or even a part of it back and was told no but she would offer me a free service which I declined as I don't want to deal with that place anymore. She continued to go on about how I just never like when people cut my hair that it isn't her problem. Charging that for the area that she is located in is outrageous!! If I could give negative star I 100% would, save yourself a fortune and go somewhere that will be understanding if you don't like the hair style and also not charge you the amount it would for a complete hair style change with colour for a few dollars more. Terrible place .

My hair is super dry feels like straw, and my scalp hurts. My color isnt fully even throughout either. Very expensive. $200 for a trim and dye on very short hair. The lady was very nice conversation wise though. I think she makes up prices on the spot. Theres no actual order to how she sets the prices. It's just however much she want in the moment, even if she clearly ruined your hair, like nine because it's so badly damaged I'm scared to even touch it too much

Please do not use this place. I had the worst experience ever here. I already have short hair and just wanted a trim and to clean it up a bit and she cut it so short. When she washed my hair the water was cold and immediately went real hot and she just played it off and laughed and said sorry most people like it that hot. The water was not a comfortable hot temp either. She cut off more hair than I asked her too. She blow dried it to make it look fuller and den drenched it in oil I literally walked out crying cause of my haircut and how boyish she made it look. I do not recommend this place. At all.
