★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the call staff was wonderful, I needed the earliest appointment and surprisingly got the very next day! West end has complimentary parking for customers for 2hrs so that’s handy. They are in the lower level floor (akin to a basement), it’s bright and accessible via elevator if you can’t handle one flight of stairs. The reception staff attended to me promptly and were friendly. My technician (Josh) was very professional, patient and attentive. He explained the procedure and expected length of time. I am happy with the service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely polite staff. Very nice and clean and welcoming environment. I visited for my 1st Ultrasound, it was a really great experience. The Reception, Technologist and everyone were so kind and professional, I was a bit nervous but they made me comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a female-specific ultrasound and was one of the first appointments of the morning, so it was very fast. The x-ray tech was male but he was extremely professional, had a female in the room for a portion of the exam, and was very cognizant of my comfort, very easy to talk to and relax around. I highly recommend this location and its staff. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was VERY sweet and friendly. There was a mix up with what was checked off but she sorted it out and got everything figured out for me. The first ultrasound lady was beyond sweet. The second ultrasound tech was a little rough around the edges unfortunately, and the xray tech was friendly. It's a very clean establishment. I've been here a couple times now and this last one was my favorite experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanel is a modest 12 year old that needed an abdominal xray. Rachael was so nice to her. Thank you Rachael. I was there for a breast exam recently. Wish I could remember her name. So nice as well. Good job folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Running 6-7 minutes overtime for my appointment, they take the next person in. I have a 4 year old, so sometimes things come up, I explained that. Told them I had to go to work by 9am, and they didn’t say that would be a problem. Arrived at 7:52 and did not get into an ultrasound room until 8:30. The lady at the front did not seem to care about anything. As a single mother, I can only take so much time off work from a new job. Will never come back to this location. MIC is a way better clinic, and I forget why I gave insight another chance.
