EXR Medical Imaging

The receptionist was quite rude, incompetent and late. Overall, the ultrasound technician was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be coming back here in the future.

The lady at the front desk is a gem! The X-ray technician was so gentle and pleasant and as efficient as she was able to be. I’ve had very nice visits at this location for a few different tests.

Had to arrange for some ultrasounds and x-rays for my mother. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. Tina explained the process and made me feel at ease about bringing my mother out for tests during the pandemic.

Both the woman at the front desk and the ultrasound technician were very nice. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken for my appointment after waiting only 5 minutes.

I was in the xray clinic on Saturday for an appointment at 1:45 pm. I was shocked and disgusted that 2 of its employees where sitting on the computer without masks taking to one another as I had to pass to go to get and ultrasound done. The hallways are not wide and I was really upset as I am immune comprised and wore a mask and face shield to be extra safe. This is NOT acceptable and I hope these individuals will be spoken to. As Healthcare professionals they should be obeying safety protocols. I thought maybe once I finished my appointment walking back they would put a mask on but no the male still without a mask.....

Really disappointed in the advice I received on how to preperly prepare for my appointment. Also received some very unprofessional attitudes from the woman on the phone the morning of July 6th approx., 10am. The woman I spoke with on the phone was not the same as the receptionist in person. I called to say I was running late because I had entered in the wrong address number into my GPS and when I got to the appointment the receptionist relayed to me the message the woman on the phone said to her, which was essentially making fun of me because I live close by but couldn't know their location.... As if I regularly frequent this clinic? I thought that was in very poor taste. I was also given the wrong prep information on more than one occassion, for the same appointment. Initially when the appointment was made I was told not to eat anything fatty the night before, then again when I called to confirm the appointment I was told no food or water. When I get there the receptionist asked if my bladder was full to which I replied no. She then explains that I need a full bladder for the exam. I told her what I was told and she said I was given bad information. Because I couldn't re-book the appointment in a timely manner I had to drink an exorbitant amount of water on an empty stomach in a small amount of time. I felt like I was going to throw up. Chugging water, without having eaten anything in 12 hours (overnight), is a horrible feeling. The receptionist was very kind and sympathetic, but I was not impressed with the situation in general. I will be letting my family doctor at Ajax Harwood Clinic about this situation and to rethink their referral relationship with EXR Medical Imaging. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else I would take it.

Ultrasound techs are good but receptionists are rude and nasty women for the most part. Definitely won’t go back as I want to enjoy my pregnancy and ultrasound experience and the receptionists always made it an unenjoyable experience for me.

I was there yesterday for an X ray at 10 am. I was called in at 1.20 pm to get the Xray. Patients who came after me for ultra sound & X ray was called in before me. Not one so many of them . When i asked the reception desk at 11am she said one more patient was go to before me my wait time will be half an hour or less. But i had to wait more than 3 hours just to get an Xray. If knew by 11 that i had to wait more longer i could have gone to another place. Extremely disappointed. I will never go to this place for anything in future.
