★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience! They are very unprofessional. Spent hour waiting while they were trying to sort out paper works for my wife’s X-ray and ultrasound! never suggesting this location for anyone to visit! Also more than half of the employees here barely spoke much English!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The is the worst experience ever, messed up my appointment after I came prepared, unprofessional team. They try to offer me Timhortons card for their mistake. I felt I’m at mechanical shop not Medical center.
When they failed to book me in after I came prepared @Westney Heights took immediately.
That was my first time and definitely it will be the last.

Overall I had the best experience from the time I booked my appointment to the time I was seen by the technician. I was checked-in by a friendly front desk staff member, and subsequently seen by the technician, Habib, who explained everything to me and was super nice. I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come for 3 ultrasounds this past month. Front staff was friendly and made the booking process easy. I had the same ultrasound tech all 3 times and she was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back for future appointments.
