DO NOT GO HERE FOR X-RAYS. I meant to write this year's ago. For the manager, please fire whichever radiologist did my xray and looked over it. If you do that, I will change my review. It was November 2013 for a tailbone injury. Results went to my doctor and the radiologist only reported "contusion," so my doctor told me it wouldn't be long before I felt better. Three months later of continued agony, I went back to my doctor and she sent me for a bone scan (somewhere else) . Luckily, they took another xray. I ended up seeing both x-rays at my chiro because he requested them. In the second one, there was 4mm anterior displacement of the lower segment of my cocyx. This was AFTER it had healed for three months. The one that you guys took..... Was WAY MORE OBVIOUS that there was a displacement of my tailbone and I don't understand how anyone with a brain could miss that. Disgusting. Just disgusting. You made me suffer for an additional three months because you neglected to do your job. Now, this isn't all insight imaging, just this location. And I wish I had his name because then I could post it on here to make sure no one ever gets him if he did end up moving locations/jobs.

I had an X-ray here and found the clinic to be clean, with a nice waiting room. The receptionist was very efficient. The technologist who took the X-ray was friendly and competent. Overall a positive experience.

It would definitely help for booking staff at Insight to mention that certain locations close for 1.5 hours at lunch time. When they say a location is open 9-5, it's not really accurate if the location shuts down for lunch. Customers have plans for their day - today, at Callingwood, 9 patients, in addition to me, were apparently turned away because of the lunch break. The secretary seemed perfectly happy to brag about turning away so many people. I guess she's not going to mention this problem with any of her supervisors, for follow up.

First time here, there was nobody in the lobby this Tuesday afternoon so I may have been lucky, however I was in and out of this X-ray clinic in 15 minutes! Staff were super polite, friendly, and answered my couple questions with ease. Would recommend for anyone needing an X-ray quick.

So disappointed with the service, I took my 2.5 years old son with nose injury to get the xray done, the receptionist was being so rude to me because my 2.5 years old is not wearing a mask???? When I told her I try to make him wear it but he removes it, she said in an ultra violent tone keep trying till you are in this place. My son was in pain and irritated because of the nose injury and this lady made me n my son more irritated trying to humiliate us by telling again n again to make my son wear a mask. She made my son feel threathened, when we have gone inside to get xray done the lady in the radiation room denied to get the xray done saying she cannot take it because my son was moving???she did not even try again.so disappointed...guys never visit this location even by mistake, pls terminate these two mannerless ladies who think they can talk to anybody in such a rude tone.

I was absolutely discussed with the staff at this place !!! Seriously talking about customers while they are still changing wow ! I heard the girls saying that I was possibly super high on drugs! Seriously took my breath away ! ! Makes me think what the heck how are they treating other people. Will not refer anyone too them after this incident very poor customer service this made me feel discriminated. What a wonderful way too start my day thanks too the two ladies…

Absolutely pleased with the receptionist Jillian for going the extra mile and offering to book a cortisone injection for me because I mentioned I hadn’t been able to get through to central booking for the past couple of days. She was patient pleasant and professional with a steady pace of patients coming in. Thank you Jillian!

First time there. The change rooms could be a bit Warmer. STAFF was amazing, everyone was friendly. The Receptionist apologized 4 or 5 times for a delay in checking me in, due to another patients care emergency. Which I was fine with. Sadly my White Coat Syndrome kicked in.
