The only reason it’s not a 5 is the booking process is brutal. Call centre - multiple calls to book an appointment and asked to resubmit all information when returning a call. Has to be a better way.

I was really appreciative of how well they manage their appointments there were no wait times and my husband was also allowed later on to see the baby on the ultrasound screen. The ultrasound technician was Atiya who quite friendly and sweet. Glad I chose this clinic, it’s clean and well organized.

No waiting at the desk for her to finish what she was doing or ignoring people like some do. She made it pleasant and everyone said thank you and good bye as we left. The first person you see at a doctors office or lab makes the experience good or bad. This young lady made everyone feel as though they were the most important person in the waiting area.
N	Nadia Mauch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had good experiences at this location so far, but recently, I came in one hour before closing to get an x-ray done and the receptionist realized that the Requisition form that I presented to them was not signed by the doctor so they immediately got on the phone with the office of my family doctor & obtained the necessary authorization, and then got me in to do the x-ray within 15 mins. Both receptionists and the person who took my x-rays were extremely nice and very efficient. The x-ray results themselves were also sent to my family doctor very promptly. Highly recommend!

The wait time was within reason of my set appointment. All the personnel I was able to be in contact with did a great job of delivering excellence customer service ?. Kudos to the staff from the person who initially setup my appointment to the follow up to advised me on a earlier date. To the reception and technician who helped me. They all did an amazing job ? ?

She remained professional and helpful as she processed my appointment paperwork. I appreciated her considerate nature. My lab technician was equally polite and professional. She thoroughly explained the procedure, she let me know what to expect and she made me feel comfortable throughout the test. I definitely appreciate the high quality of staff and their care this lab delivered. The lab was extremely clean and well laid out in all areas I saw.
B	Bob Forster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted immediately and screened for covid. Once that was done, I was seated in an area that had Plexiglas dividers. I waited maybe 2 minutes, when the Ultrasound Tech came out, and greeted me. He quickly took me to the examination room, made me comfortable, and asked me to show him the most important areas to be looked at. He proceeded to do the ultrasound, which was complete in about 10-12 minutes, and I felt as though the gentlemen doing the ultrasound, was both very polite, and very thorough. I feel as though he went over the key areas of concern with the ultrasound, and it should yield clear results, one way or the other. My experience overall, was in fact, the best visit I have had to a medical appointment or test, I recent memory, and sadly, I have had many. Lastly, I should go back as far as the day I walked in to book my appointment. The lady that received and booked me, was both professional, and unbelievably positive and kind. I can only say that the attention to detail and care I received from this clinic, far exceeded my expectations. Sincerely Bob

I even had the door held open for me while exiting the testing area. It’s refreshing after the ordeal we’ve all experienced in the last couple years. Many folks are still reeling from the effects of the pandemic so it was a great experience. Thanks to all!
