I went in looking a little ragged..it my sweats etc. and went over to look at the St.Tropez tanning products. The blonde woman from the beauty boutique came over and very pretentiously asked if I needed help. I politely said no thank you (I have been using St. Tropez for the past five years). I took a while standing there to decide which one I wanted to go with and she continued to lurk there, watching me try to pick my product. As I went on to shop for makeup she continued to come back (at least three times) to watch what I was doing. I'm not sure if she thought I was a shop lifter or she's just an incredibly awkward customer service representative, but I have never felt that uncomfortable simply trying to shop for makeup..

Meds I normally have covered under my benefits all of a sudden stop being covered however Assad at pharmacy was able to look into some kind of assistance so I ended up not having to pay at all. It's not often where you see the kind of above and beyond help. Amazing experience and amazing customer service.

ALI ,conveniently located within 3 minutes of driving time from one of my residences, I am most pleased.This is indeed one of the safest places I have ever entered of my 42 years of proud CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP.All of the pharmacy staff and store staff most helpful and assist very well ,in spite of the difficult Covid situation we are faced with.I got my 3rd booster, Pfizer Biotech, on Thursday, December 02,2021,at about 5:00;pm.here.Just because I am a doctor is not the only reason, why the staff are so great here.I believe that they know about the true power of higher power or GOD.

We forgot to bring our PCR requisition form and he was very patient until we found the email from Lifelab. We were in a time crunch due to the travel time but he did not rush us etc. awesome service and I’m so happy to have experienced an excellent service from them.

The front end supervisors are also great! Highly recommend shopping here. Not like other shoppers where sometimes the workers make you feel like your bothering them when asking questions. The customer service is personable.

She helped us with selecting a perfume and she was so honest in her opinions and also she helped us with full attention and dedication. Every establishment needs dedicated employees like Joanne.
