They have crazy long wait times and they require a rapid covid test for a 2 year old baby and they don’t even communicate that over phone. They make you come all the way to the clinic and then tell you this to waste your time. And their staff is so rude and non-accommodating. I really hope they shut down!

They lie and act as if they try to contact you. HORRIBLE MEDICAL OFFICE AND ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Consider hiring staff that don’t have an attitude problem or try to cut you off as you speak. These people shouldn’t have a job at all, they should be embarrassed and disgusted by their behaviour. Clearly no manager at this medical centre, the reviews are reflective of the care they provide.
Z	Zohra Noor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is the worst. They told me I have a tele appointment on Friday, but I received no call from my doc. I called them all day on Saturday they did not receive. Their phone does not take any voicemails. Called them again on Monday only to find out they messed something up. Next apt is not until nxt Friday. They dont know how to manage appointments. When my doctor was at a different location , it was much easier to get an appointment. Horrible experience.
A	Andrew Ostler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently come here to have a possible broken finger looked at. I clearly told the receptionist that i would need a xray. I was told an estimate of a hour. It took over 2 to be called in, followed by another 15 minutes before the doctor popper his head. The doctor never introduced himself. When told of the problem he took a short look, checked where there was pain and said maybe need a xray. Then added that the xray wont see me that day, and if they did they wouldnt have results until the next day. When asked why they didnt say that before i sat down, the doctor said the receptionist was supposed to. When the poor experience was shared with the receptionist thry said they werent responsible for the xray work and that they wouldnt know if in xray was needed. I just dont get how being told that a xray would be needed Because it is possibly a broken finger wouldnt prompt them to point out the xray may not be able to be done today. On the plus side the doctor did give the requisition for the xray, but although he signed it did not include his name. So the requisition was useless unless i was going to their xray office.

She has no care for her patients and briefly sees you, only to check you off her list…Then on she goes to her next “patient”. Voicing your symptoms means nothing to her. She will simply say “ok” and disregard what you had to say. …Finally after getting an appointment after a month of her canceling she tells me my results aren’t in and will call me when they are. I went in with two concerns and walked out with no resolution. I was told “one issue is not related to the other” and it was dropped. If you’re looking for a family doctor…save your time and don’t come here.

She has always been the most professional, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and understanding doctor. Between her and Dr. Burger, there aren't enough great things I could say about this clinic. If it wasn't for them, it's very possible I wouldn't even be alive right now.
