He was very thorough in assessing my feet and gait for orthotics. I am very impressed with the professional and yet very personal approach with the staff at Pickering BioPed. Thank you so much.

I also found the direct billing to my insurance provider very convenient. Would highly recommend Bio Ped and Carina esp really went above and beyond. I am going to get in touch with them to order more shoes shortly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited BioPed for the first time recently for a pair of orthotics and orthopedic shoes. Rabi and Carina were simply professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and doubts. I was even more surprised that they actually made the Orthotics right there inside the store. Don't judge them by the looks in the front of the store:) They have hi-tech equipment for taking contours of your feet and use them to make your orthotics. Rabi would explain to me which areas of my feet needed more support etc. and he made adjustment in my orthotics as necessary. They also have a great selection of shoes and accessories etc. I was never pressured to purchase anything or being pushed into buying things I didn't have to. I received my orthotics last week and they fit me nicely and I have worn them regularly for walking and shopping; I have not encountered any issues like sore feet or discomfort. I am very happy with the service and support I received and will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who want to have happy feet.
