★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our business which rarely dips into the world of construction or safety gear/wear was met with extreme helpfulness and guidance from the store manager Jennifer Schuster. She assisted all 6 employees in fittings with proper PPE clothing, ensuring us that what we had purchased would meet the requirements of our clients and assignment at PCL.
Jennifer never made us feel awkward, she answered all questions with confidence and treated every single member of our team with the utmost resect and kindness.
The store is small and boutique-y with great service and an abundance of styles, colours and makes - very happy to have found this store. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a time when I gladly leave my money here instead of anywhere else. They change their stuff ( now much more rude) and they stopped honoring mask exemptions! Absolute downfall with this store. And on the end it's their loss not mine! Huge disappointment after years of shopping and supporting them! Good buy mr safety shoes. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into this store knowing exactly what type of winter work boots I wanted. I was offered help immediately by the store manager, Karnik. I told him what I wanted, he guessed which size I would need, brought them out, they fit perfectly, and I paid and was out probably in about 5 minutes. He was quick, professional, and work with expert knowledge.
I thought this would be the end of my experience which was a near perfect one! It did not stop here though. He followed up with me by email some time later. It was not just some random email either. He personalized it using my name as well as the types of boots I bought.
This type of customer service is exceedingly rare to find. I will purchase all of my work boots and shoes from Karnik as long as he is in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by with an entire list of equipment I needed (boots, coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat, etc.) and these guys had it all! The assistant manager was lovely to work with, and was very patient while I made 100% sure I had the correct equipment for my jobsite.
Will be returning here when I need more gear, and would recommend to anyone to give them a try!
