★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in around 12:15 on a weekday. 4 people in front of me and only 1 person working. Based on my observations - this is likely the "rude" lady from some of these other reviews. Took about 20 minutes just to order - with 4 more people coming in behind me during that time. The food came out decently quick given that it was just the lady working. Bowl itself was pretty good.
I wouldn't say that the lady working there was rude - she was just very short and abrupt - which I can't blame for her considering whoever manages this store definitely isn't staffing up to the levels required for a lunch-time rush. She really doesn't have time for pleasantries and small talk, and I actually just felt bad for her. Another review (from a year ago) has mentioned this lady working alone - without it being seemingly addressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This freshii is has always got a steady stream of customers, which is a great thing other than the fact that you can not order with this one online for some reason. It does not even show up on the freshii website or app. Very odd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came I today because my kid really wanted Freshii. Well let me tell you the older lady has no manners! She was preparing food with gloves on - then she went and took an order and touched money and the cash register, with same gloves, and then proceeded to make food WITH THE SAME GLOVES! Disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always great but theres an elderly lady that works there alone every time I go in. There is no additional help for the lunch rush and she constantly apologizes for it taking a long time, when in reality shes moving quite fast and doing a great job, theres just too many people for a 1 person staff and its obvious. I end up just feeling terrible for her because shes clearly apologizing for something out of her control. The owner needs to hire more people for a lunch rush, even a part time 10am - 2 pm shift or something. Ive waited 30 minutes before because theres 5 people ahead of me and shes all alone, its so awkward as a customer I just dont go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to love Freshii but every time I come to this location it's AWFUL. There is one elderly lady working on her own, and depending on the day sometimes she is apologetic and other days she is just flat out rude. Waited in line for a significant amount of time to order, only to find out they are out of a certain ingredient. No signage indicating that. I ordered the chipotle tacos, it was like eating a bottle of hot sauce, totally unable to eat & I am no stranger to spicy foods. Total waste of money, won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location to go to! They closed on random days which is odd. I went in on a Friday one time and it was closed at 4 pm! But another location was open on regular business hours. I always loved the Buddha bowl but they hardly put enough rice noodles in my order and I notice they always run out of rice noodles often ,perhaps that’s why I get less portions when I order it.
I moved from another province and the Freshii location in my previous neighbourhood was phenomenal!! That’s why I had very high standards when I came to order my meals at this location and sadly the quantity and quality is not the same. Seem like it’s being run under poor management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says open online, made an online order, paid and went through with confirmation email etc. and got there just to see the notice on the door saying it’s closed for the day. So I paid for a meal that I never got. Would give 0 star if I could.
