★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Says open till 9 but if you go anytime after 8 they wont serve you. Walked out multiple times because they didn’t have anything on their menu, and every time they said “it’s because we close in five minutes”. The employees are terrible and it is overal badly managed. Do not recommend coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great. Ordered online, showed up 5-10 mins past order ready time and it wasn't ready, they said they didn't have my order. Had to bring up the receipt on my phone to prove I ordered it, then they found it and made it. The spring rolls were SOOOOO greasy! I've never had Edo before so I'm not sure if that was normal? I could barely eat them. This has been the most reasonably priced sushi I've found in Edmonton so far, it was nothing special but at least I'm not spending $9/roll for Vegetarian sushi like everywhere else in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always yummy BUT the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I always pay for double beef and sumo size making my meal almost $20. If I’m spending $20 on ONE meal that bowl better be packed full. Unfortunately lately it’s just not. I’m not going to give this location any more of my business. You should never pay for food you just simply don’t receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First place I spot at normally when I get back into town from any extended vacation or trip. Crispy beef sukiyaki always delivers the flavor. Manager was friendly and made sure everything was correct for all customers in the place. This location consistently makes it happen. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a lot to go for my family, no teriyaki sauce at all. The workers here don't double check the orders. It happened thrice already in my experience. I wasted so much money for bland food. No hate, just do the job properly or quit. Stop wasting customer's time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s our first time to eat here, and definitely not to come back again. we traveled far and just wanted to eat our favorite beef teriyaki meal. the food is yummy. but the tall dark, male cook is just frustrating. I saw him eating meat while he was making our food. So disgusting! He does not know the proper etiquette in serving food.
he didn't just do it once he repeated it in the next order.
the management needs to fix that or it will ruin your store.
