My sandwich was absolutely mangled, I'm telling you the sub looked like it was squeezed the hardest they could and thrown on the floor. I ordered thru Uber eats and it definitely was not the driver you can tell whoever made my sub absolutely hates their job or something.
A	Abisaac Saraga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, out of principal, it was cruel that my kid with a nut allergy and my other with no nut allergy had to both forfeit their cookies and their toys to be able to share a bag of chips. Because you know, they couldn't just sub 2 cookies for 2 chips. With that being said my kids didn't care. But yeesh. Update: order the gluten free sub for my wife. It was good. With some prompts they took precautions to try and reduce cross contamination.

I am 6 months pregnant, and my boyfriend is celiac, not only did they not switch gloves between making sandwiches, but they even handled cash transactions wearing the same gloves then proceeding to make more sandwiches. They cut us in line more then once to make people orders who came in behind us. The man making our sandwich was not even wearing a mask. In the middle of a pandemic this location could actually be spreading the disease not helping suppress it. There was also a hair we found in my boyfriends sub which caused us to promptly throw away our 20 dollar order. I'm so disappointed in not only the customer service but the lack of human decency as well. Do they not care I could continue on thats the worst is even after all I wrote he still didnt listen to what we even ordered. No cheese, salt and pepper was put on my sub when I asked he rudely said you never asked for it. My boyfriends onions were dropped in the olives just to be replaced on his sub without care or concern. Whomever owns this resturaunt should be fined.. I will be contacting the health board.
K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even kidding this is the worst Subway in all of Edmonton, the reviews speak for themselves. They are so incredibly cheap that I get second hand embarrassment FOR THEM. I got a foot long and the girl only toasted it for 15 seconds, I think she wanted to choke me when I said no, plz toast for 30 seconds. I also asked for extra olives 4 times… 4 TIMES because each time she was putting literally just 4 more! I will never ever return and give you guys business. You are all so quick to ask if we want extra cheese or meat or to make it a meal but you guys have a heart attack when we, as a customer, ask for something more.
