I made an application at this location. The Manager rush me into signing papers. When every thing went through and I didn't accept the offer they cashed out my security deposit and said it was non-refundable. The guy wrote in ink on the first page of the application form that there is a security deposit of $299, but never wrote there it was not refundable if approve. I feel so ashamed that a company like boardwalk will be cashing checks from people who have not even moved in and they were informed before the assumed move in date I will not move in. Fraud stars, you guys are too big to be rubbing people off $299. WHAT A SHAME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want a place to call it Canadian standard home? and "Yes" you got it right, friend friendly staffs and you would never regret being here or calling Westridge Manor Home Sweet Home. I'd been away from Winnipeg for the last 14 years rented in Toronto, Calgary and even rented here in Edmonton, but had never felt at home like at Westridge Manor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and responsive on-site maintenance. Roque does a great job keeping things in order. Landscapers are timely and diligent keeping the grounds. Office staff are patient and prompt when dealing with issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over a year. Mitch, Brandy, and their team at the leasing office made this an easy choice for our first rental home together. When anything went awry, we were able to call the office and have it resolved right away.
Although the place looks dated from the outside, the upgrades in the premium suites are modern and clean. The sidewalks and grass were well kept throughout the year. I loved the feel of the place. The location is also great if you have dogs, as it is right across the street from the Callingwood off leash park. It was difficult to find rental properties that allowed for pets, but boardwalk never disappoints.
We have since moved on to mortgaging a home for ourselves, but if nothing came up, we would have happily stayed here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Boardwalk for two years now. We moved to this building in January. We have had a small few issues but when I call the maintenance come right away. I was able to make my yard what I want and spruce it up and make it personal, the same with inside the home. This actually feels like home for us and my plan is to stay for a long while. I have also had a pretty good experience with the neighborhood and Neighbors! Super friendly area.

We have lived at Westridge Manor for 7 years now and have never had any problems. Renewing the lease this year was especially easy and definitely rewarding to us! I dealt with Mel and she went above and beyond anything I could have expected. While renewing, it came to our attention that a previous Telus promotion had somehow gone awry, and we didn't even realize it. She personally had nothing to do with the mishap, but she stepped up and took the time out of her busy schedule to figure it all out for us, went back and forth between Telus and us, and got everything not only figured out, but a substantial credit in our favor! She didn't have to do any of this, but she did it without any hesitation at all, without even being asked. She also made the rest of the lease renewal process very quick and simple, getting us a great rate locked in for the next year. All the staff here at Westridge seem to be great, but Mel definitely stands out for us!
