I just got to do this, I think this rental company is great. They work hard to make renters happy. Prompt response to calls and the workers are very cordial!

I just cannot wait to move out of this apartment. I am not sure if this is how all board walk operates, but the Briarwynd Court branch is the most horrible place to call a home. Firstly, the maintenance is very horrible, it took them more than 3 Months to change my blinds. Secondly, spending summer in the building was a nightmare due to fixing of the roof, the horrible noise wakes me up so early in the morning and even when I return home from work, I couldn't have a peace of mind due to the horrible noise. Thirdly, the maintenance people goes into my apartment without a notice and also forget there working tools in my apartment, which cost me a sleepless night because I was scared that someone was after my life, when I went into my apartment I saw some harmful object which lead me to calling the police. I will never ever to live in this building or rent a place through boardwalk again. It is not safe at all. The entrance door to the building is always broken 24/7. I have got people knocking on my door 8pm claiming to be maintenance due to the fact that anyone can walk into the building because the damn door is always open. Someone broke into my car in my parking store and they also stole my car charger. GoodLuck to anyone who move in to this building. The neighbour opposite me are horrible and there is always cops coming for them all the time. Yes, I am using a different name to write this review because I think its more safe for me, but with my experience with boardwalk, I definitely will not recommend anyone to rent from them. Horrible place to live. I lived there for 1 year and could not wait to move out! Customer service in the office is terrible. Office hours were posted on the door, and there were about 10 instances where I went down there to discuss something and there would be a note on the door stating that the office was going to be closed for the day. No notice was given of this random closure ever. Also, I've been moved out for over 6 months now and they still have not taken my phone number off the buzzer (and yes I have requested it be removed), so I get random phone calls at random hours of the day from people trying to get into a building I no longer live in. Not exactly safe practices to ensure the safety of current tenants. I will never rent from Boardwalk again after my experiences in this place.

It’s been said a lot but do NOT go with boardwalk, Never have I been treated more like just a wallet. They are untrustworthy as a company and don’t think of their tenants for a second. There is no “boardwalk family” only high rent prices and falling apart suites. The staff in the office of Briarwynd have been very kind but can’t really do anything for you unfortunately. But if you like all that AND getting woken up to a snow blower every morning then great.

Boardwalk is an amazing place to rent an apartment specially the way they treated me with the issues I faced in the suite (as no one is perfect). They were quick polite and helpful. Enjoyed my stay with Boardwalk. Actually I was referred to this place buy my colleagues and friends and they mentioned that this company is good for renting an apartment. Honestly I enjoyed my stay. I wish I can stay with Boardwalk too in Toronto but they don't have apartments here. If in Edmonton and looking for renting. Highly recommend Boardwalk, specially if you are new in the country.

Crime and vandalism is rampant, the apartments are so out of date that the internet availability is deplorable.. laundry credit machine is barely accessible, situated next to a few dive bars, so be careful when leaving your car unattended. The prices for a dilapidated apartment are unbelievable. Don't get me started about the mailboxes.. I've had our entire cubby box broken into more than three times.

I rented an apartment in 2019. Radu, The Manager and his team which includes Slavka are amazingly nice people. They were extremely patient, good listeners and accommodating while signing and for the duration of the lease. They went above and beyond in ensuring that I felt comfortable and even helped me during out of office hours at times! The maintenance staff are like 5 * concierges! All my requests were completed within 24 hours of reporting it. At certain times, they even fixed issues within minutes. All emails sent to management were also responded within 24 hours. Radu and his team ensure that as a tenant I feel valued. It is thus a community that you can call home and not just a rental apartment. The lawn keeping, parking lot cleaning, regular cleaning of the hallways are top notch. The apartments and the townhouses have families. That makes it a very family oriented neighborhood to live in. The renovated suites are the best in the market and for a reasonable price.
