★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place. Apartments are not soundproof you basically hear everything your neighbors do. Old apartments and it is not concrete it is all wood. Price is cheap just to attract people, once you sign the lease you are welcome to sleepless nights and nervous days. I literally cannot stay in my apartment for an hour just because of the noise from the the guys leaves upstairs. I would never recommend this to anyone. Just because the price is cheap dont make yourself stay in a s*itty place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what ya pay for. This place is cheap and for a good reason too! You can literally hear people cough quietly through the walls. The floor above us is creaking every step the person above us takes. And every time I go to the bathroom I can hear someone else's radio turn on and hear it so clearly I understand every word. So much noise, it will never end! Running for the hills from this place! If you want quiet this is the last place to find it! Was hoping to move into a quiet peaceful neighbourhood but it's nothing alike. Stinky hallways. Smells like weed a lot of the time around here. So many sketchy looking people live here too. The showers water pressure is very intense, some people might like it but I don't. Others do experience the same problem. Have talked to a few people. Nothing bad to say about the management just this building is complete garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in building B for the past two years - no complaints really. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly, and maintenance requests are very easy to fill out online.
4/5 due to additional charge for parking and sadly the pool closed the year we moved in.
I really would recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Greentree for almost 3 years. My husband and I really love the area, It's always peaceful and it's like a small town within the city. It's close to everything WEM, superstore, Walmart, you name it. Greentree welcomes you to a place where you will definitely feels at home and I felt the love of a family here. All the stuff are awesome and very helpful especially Heidi and Duvis from the leasing office.
They are easy to talk with and always have a smile on their face. They are both knowledgeable and I always gets an answers to any inquiries I may have. They are also very helpful and professional. These ladies goes above and beyond on what they does. There is also an Asian landscaper who greets me with a smile every morning going to work "everyone is a family". My 1 bedroom Apartment is updated and look very spacious, the price is pretty competitive with other apartments around the area as well. Additionally, any request for maintenance is always dealt with urgency by the maintenance stuff. I highly recommended green tree village to anyone looking for an apartment, great place to live, great management, and great location.

The only suggestion is that each parking spot can have a license plate number on the fence to avoid people messing with the parking space who already paid.
