★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is calm and peaceful. Great area for kids and adults to do activities and have a stroll on a rainy. Also cats and dogs will enjoy their new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful neighborhood with reasonable townhouse prices. Unfortunately there is no form of security measures to prevent the local arsonist from burning your car up. Also no visitor parking and not enough street parking in the area. The locals are mostly friendly although being run by a condo board means your neighbors are going to be bitching about your yard or telling you to move your car because you have a visitor there to drop something off even though the parking lot is wide enough to accommodate.
