Took my heating off my account and onto theirs and tried to charge me administration and late fees, didn't tell me I had to sign some paperwork to confirm certain things, didn't inform Telus that new tenants had moved in, leading to months of chasing down paperwork and having my bill run up and basically wrecking my credit. If you can, avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me my boyfriend son and dog have been here for a year now and I can say that Diana is amazing so kind, such an amazing worker great customer service. She has made living here stress free and has helped out any way possible, because of having such a good experience with her we are now renting for another year. 10/10 from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the best renting experiences I have had renting with boardwalk. Any repairs, or maintenance issues were all handled with relative ease. Diana was incredible to work with, and to talk too when getting everything set up and for paying my rent. Always above the call duty, everyone here did such an amazing job during my lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given this place a 5 star review, I've lived here for a year and loved it, however it's time to renew my lease and the new landlord is trying to charge me for a parking stall. Never in my multiple years of renting from boardwalk have I ever not had one parking stall included with the suite. I can understand paying for additional spaces but to have to pay to park where I live is absolutely ridiculous.
