★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I've lived in this building for 16 years. Everything others have written is true. I tried to contact them to help me figure out why they put unpaid rent (that was not mine) under my name and sent it to a collections agency without notifying me, and the woman on the phone yelled at me and hung up. Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful. I hate this place. I will be contacting a lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hell hole!! Only welfare mom's drunks and drug addicts live here. They all sit outside all day and stare at you. Manager Cathy with her fake Greek accent is a rude condescending lying racist witch. Only gives the very few black people that live here a hard time . She is nosey gossips with and about other tenants. Comes in less then three times a week. Music is always blaring here awful ghetto poorly run dangerous trashy trailer park place to live in. Don't even visit!! Cathy turns a blind eye to what it's like here . Every other management that has to work with her quits cus they can't stand her. This building is a dive. Very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to visit a friend in the building, people were smoking weed screaming open bottles of booze drinking. Elevators never work dryer doesn't work. Staff work less then part time my friends water is off at least once a month. The stairwells looked like haven't been washed in ten years including walls. And there's always urine in them. Disgusting. Wouldn't recommend a dog to live here! Very loud . Disgusting filthy place.
