He has been so helpful Through my hard times and any problem I have had they have worked through very efficiently and fast. The best property management I have dealt with I would be happy to go back to this company.

They sometimes offer move in bonuses like one month free and free internet for one year. The Property Manager is very helpful,friendly and attentive to my needs! The trees are lovely and they allow small animals. It is conveniently located close to Terra Losa and West Edmonton Mall.
J	Jordan Peacock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had renting. Water doesn't get hot, they told us just to run the water in the tub to get hot water in the kitchen. Construction the whole year of living here. Right outside your window. Never any peace. My lease is up end of this month and I'm moving. Gave proper notice that were leaving. Week later on Saturday the property manager calls me and tells me there is people outside waiting to view our suite. He gave me no notice and when I refused to let him in he tried to guilt trip me and then hung up on me when I asked him to give me 24 hr entry notice. Landlord and tenant states that you have to give me 24 hr written notice before coming in to show the suite. I pay my rent every month on time and cause no problems I want the same respect in return. Unprofessional.

The property manager, Thomas, is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied at Westlawn Village. The walkways are always kept clear of snow, the hallways are kept clear of dirt and debris, and the yard is beautifully maintained in the spring and summer. In addition, the renovated suites are beautiful. I always recommend Westlawn Village to friends and will continue to do so. In my experience, you will not find such beautiful suites and great management anywhere else in Edmonton!
T	Tricia Lyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a tenant of Westlawn Village for almost a year now and since new management has stepped in, is has been a delight to live here. The management and maintenance staff work very hard to make this area look amazing with all the new landscaping as well as renovating the old apartments. I live in a renovated apartment and I love it, it's more modern, having en suite laundry makes the chore alot easier to do, only carpeting in the 2 bedrooms which helps control our allergies and the storage space is great to have. The neighbors in my building and other buildings as well are very respectful, quite and very friendly. I also like the fact that there are schools across the street and it is a very low crime area as the Edmonton Police Station is right down the street. Westlawn Village is also a pet friendly environment which is very hard to find, there are small walking trails around the buildings and my furbaby loves to go for walks. In addition to my review, I would also like to say that the management staff works very hard as I see him around and about the buildings 7 days a week, getting things done. He's very friendly and caring to all his tenants. I always receive proper notices for work being done on the building (plumbing, repairs, etc...) and the work that needs to done never goes past 5pm. Thank you Westlawn Village for all that you do!!!

Very quiet, Clean, and also nice neighbours.BUT the factor that makes it an awesome place to live with your family in addition to mentioned ones, is property MANAGER. Mr. Thomas Rosario. So kind, helpful, and also hard working. I want to thank him on behalf of my family and all neighbours because of his attention to details of his duties and his thoughtful and very kind character. Dear Thomas people like you make the world a better place to live. Thank you so much.
T	Taylor O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the negative reviews here clearly never spoke to management if they experienced an issue... Thomas is phenomenally responsive, caring and fair. The building is older, but the suites are renovated and nicer than most in the area. Thomas puts a lot of care and effort into maintaining the property. He is extremely knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help if ever something is amiss. Although the things I needed him to address during my tenancy were minor (loose doorknob, pet concern, etc.), Thomas immediately made it his top priority and I was always satisfied with the resolutions without any further concerns. He was also very helpful when signing and finishing my lease, taking time to make sure those transitions were smooth for me. If you like one of the units, don't be mislead by some of the reviews here, as they clearly never reached out to him. He genuinely cares that his tenants are happy in their homes and it is an asset to the building. I will miss having him as a landlord!

We loved our clean and cozy apartment with new appliances and plastic windows. The territory was always clean regardless season or weather which means people do a great job. Very convenient location – close to a bus stop, however, you can hardly hear any noise. There are small shops and big stores in walking distance. We are especially grateful to our manager Thomas – enthusiastic and very competent person who knows and loves his job. Really miss that place. Roman & Anna
