★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really horrible place. There are lot of cockroaches and management is not taking any action regarding that. And even also they will charge you for the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live at Sunrise Apartment building for four years, I find it very convenient to get around the city and West Edmonton Mall. Mayfield plaza and bus stops are very close by. Most of the apartments in the building are newly renovated. The tenants living in the building are nice and friendly.
The place is very suitable for family and a single worker who has no vehicle to go to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible apartment I have ever lived at. Some part of the inside of the apartment is made out of stonewalls which, is horrible. The rooms in my unit are so cold because of the stone walls. There are cockroaches that lurks my entire unit during the night. The thermostat cannot be controlled and it’s a very bad place to live at. DON’T LIVE HERE!!!
