During the huge cold snap they kept the heat below 18 degrees.
I’m currently trying to break my lease. Terrible place to live. Management doesn’t care about anyone!!!!
OMG. Just checked the web site. Boardwalk is overcharging drastically for their subpar suites.
EVERYONE. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anastasia is an amazing property manager! Great community. Lots to do with a pool style bar nearby, a couple good places to grab snacks and great walking trails for pets! Not to mention it’s a 10min walk from the mall.

in my Appartment They send ADones. This guy is an amazing person. He alway make sure everything is well looks after. If there was a column for 10 star I would give it for ADones services.such a humble and nice person.I love Boardwalk, whenever time you need help, it is instantly.The place is always clean. I would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints living here. The manager, Anastasia has been extremely helpful in accommodating requests. The maintenance is very good too. They attend quickly for any problems arising. Vadim has been extremely helpful and patient with maintenance requests. He wants to make sure that everything is in order and constantly is on the lookout to make our stay here happy. Renewed our lease for the second term mainly because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will rent to ANYBODY. No joke, lived here over 5 yrs and have watched as neighbor threw a basketball thru his front window. ? Took landlord 3 mths and 5 or 6 police ? ? ? visits to get rid of this deplorable renters. Also seems that people rent a one bedroom only to find out that there are at least 6 to 8 people living there ? ? ? ?. Lots of people have left (some after living here for a number of yrs) due to harassment and people being assaulted for reals. Would not recommend ? ? ? ? renting here ? if your a family looking for a quiet place to raise your children in ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are awful their maintenance men just come in when ever without notice. We lost over $1000+ worth of food due to constant power outages. The suits are not up to date with electrical and blows the breaker. It’s a dirty place to do laundry as your clothes smell; if you can even get to use the machine. Paige and her team are really unprofessional. Their staff hits your vehicle and Denys it! Save yourself the stress and don’t live there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best safe place i have lived since moving to Alberta. It very friendly. people here treat everyone as family. I feel very safe and so does my children and grandchildren. Why would I want to live anywhere else. My husband and I live in building B and we just renewed another year which makes it 5 years we have been here. The mangers are so kind and helpful.
